the assistant answered all our questions an a manner that was easy to understand and had a good knowledge of the product we wanted

My wife is 40 weeks pregnant. We were left alone to try the beds. Mark asked later if we wanted any help. We agreed and he explained the different colour codes and mattresses. We took lots of time and never felt rushed. We ordered a superking size in the colour stone. Later my wife worried about the colour and I called the store again to check the swatch. The girl in the phone took time to send me a picture so I didn’t have to drive back. I think the pregnancy made my wife overly worried and your staff were really supportive and friendly going above and beyond to send the photo. That makes a difference to customers. I’ll be back again.

The lady in Shirley office was very helpful along with the man in store who was also so so helpful , we are going back within 2 weeks now to buy our daughter a new bed also .

Our assistant Faye was so helpful explaining all the different types of beds ranging from soft medium or firm and the different colour coding which we went for Red.
