Greeted on arrival, explained what we wanted, didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t want or need. Was offered a drink, the order process was simple.

I was made to feel very welcome and a valued customer by Bill, one of the staff at the Shirley store. He is very helpful, knowledgeable about the products and friendly.

the service and attention i got was second to none, the assistant that served me more than helpful the whole experiance was made easy and pleasent, the name of the assistant was TK .

Bill assisted us without being too pushy. He was very helpful and friendly. We felt that he had really listened to us and made us welcome

the staff (TK in particular) were exceptional. very knowledgeable of the products and helpful. very friendly and personable. he gave us plenty of time to try various products was completely non-overbearing and was a pleasure to talk to.

TK the salesman was very helpful and listened to what we wanted and showed us a version of what we were initially looking at as well as an alternative which we hadn't thought of but ended up going with.
