The lady who assisted us was very friendly, relatable and understanding to what we needed and made the experience of us buying a new mattress enjoyable. Tea and coffee was also offered during the long process of us deciding which mattress we were to go for. Brilliant customer service.

We were met by an Assistant and she asked what I required so she could point us in the right direction. She stayed with me the whole time. There was no pressure, which was nice. It just cost a lot of money. Thank you.

We visited a site where there was another Bed Store, which we had thought would have superior deals and service. We went first to Dreams and found a bed we were very happy with and the Colleague whose name is Bill, extremely helpful. Then we explained we wanted to look around the other store. Bill was polite and said of course, ( I think he knew we would be back.) At the other store we did not find a bed equal to the one we liked at Dreams, neither did we find a salesperson who was as knowledgeable as Bill. He made us feel as if we were appreciated so we hotfooted it back to the Dreams store and bought the mattress and a super pillow.

Friendly but professional service. Different choices were clearly explained to us. Plenty of choice with prices to suit all budgets.

I was quickly shown the type of product I had asked about. The sales assistant was very polite and helpful. He explained the different types of matresses, insurance options and organised delivery effectively and no hard sell. I got what I wanted at a great price and convenient delivery and was served by an outstanding person. I shall be calling back again soon.
