From the time we entered the store to the time we left , finding what we wanted to having a demonstration of the products , and eventually settling the administration work , we could not have wished for a better buying experience ! Faye , the assistant who served us was very polite in greeting us , very knowledgeable in explaining and showing us the different mattresses and was able to answer any questions we asked her .Then onto the other items that made up the bed ..the frame ..headboard . Then finishing with the paper work . Very well done !

I was the only one in the store and there was only one sales assistant so he could assist me and he was polite and pleasant.

Mark was friendly and knowledgeable but also gave us the space and time to decide. The shop was labelled properly and the tester mattress was great. Excellent experience overall.
