I was served by Rick in the Shirley store. I was desperate to find the right mattress as I’d ordered a few online and wasn’t having much luck. Rick spent a lot of time getting to know my needs, we tested out lots of beds, nothing was too much trouble. He was friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and helped me find the right product for me.
