Dreams - Solihull

This will be my third visit to the Dreams store in Solihull and all the times I have been very satisfied with the level of service and customer care. In particular, my latest visit was extremely pleasing as Fay who served me was very knowledgeable and pleasant to do business with.

we were looking for a bed for our grand child and the staff were very helpful with the problems we were having trying the beds

Great service by Chris the staff member who served us. Very welcoming and couldnt have helped us more. Made our visit very easy and enjoyable experience. And amazing hot chocolate too.

A sensible not too pushy knowledgeable sales person helped me to arrive at a decision

The assistant, Sandra, was extremely helpful and tried hard to help me choose items that I was happy with. No time pressure and she was also prepared to talk generally giving a really relaxed and pleasant visit. Plenty of choice and Sandra was knowledgeable about the various options and did not pressure me about what to choose etc.

The assistant Day at Solihull store was friendly and professional throughout. She had thorough product knowledge without being pushy. Fay took time to make us a coffee and involved the kids in the conversation. Overall she was excellent.

First time buying a mattress and the staff were very helpful
