Dreams - Solihull

As soon as we entered the shop we were welcomed with happy smiling staff .the gentleman that we first spoke to took the time to explain the difference with regards to the colours eg purple blue green ,memory foam spring ect Then after we had lay on a few beds a lady called Sandra spoke to us and spent time helping us select a few beds to try again which we did and then felt we could order one with having to go elsewhere Well done team

A great selection of products and Sandra (salesperson) was incredibly helpful with excellent product knowledge, demonstrating a range of products without us feeling under any pressure to buy.

Very friendly and approachable lady assisted me in finding what I was looking for (I specifically went to look at the Eva mattress) and completed the sale quickly and efficiently

For all reasons ticked. Friendly welcoming sales person. Offered a coffee ... most welcome. Provided Lots of information both volunteered & when asked.. good combination. No obvious pressure experienced to achieve a sale but not complacent either. Left to consider, compare, decide. Given quote & good follow up sales response. Thoughtfully suggested placing an order by telephone to avoid having to make another journey. This made or decision really. There are lots of other beds& mattresses on line & probably cheaper but being given the information. A chance to try out & personal attention all swayed it for us. Cleary the quality of the products the final deciding factor. Felt could have been given a more significant discount though when asked. As paid £800 cash. However will return

We have just acquired a new bed and the excellent service we received from the salesman known as Tk deserves acknowledging. There was no heavy sales pitch and we were left to browse and try out different mattresses at our own leisure till we were sure. With TK providing us with sound advice and a much needed coffee it made the whole experience worthy of praise. Thank you TK and dreams.

The gentleman who served us (Mark) was extremely friendly and helpful. He explained everything clearly and in detail. The sale was quick and straightforward and we were able to select exactly when we wanted the bed delivered.

I received really excellent service when I visited dreams in Solihull. Chris was very welcoming and friendly, he had excellent knowledge of the products and really took the time to understand my needs and offered an excellent range of products. When I re-visited to place my order TK recognised me from my previous visit and was really friendly, he was very efficient at placing my order. I’m looking forward to receiving my bed in a few weeks! The sales staff at the Solihull store are excellent and very knowledgeable. Mark in particular was really helpful and not pushy.
