Chris helped us find a bed frame and mattress that fitted well within our budget. We went in with a specific bed frame in mind, and with the assistance of Chris we managed to walk out with the bed frame, and a very comfortable mattress to fit on order.

The salesman Mark at the Solihull store was so helpful, not pushy, gave us time to look and was there when we needed advice. The order went through quickly and overall was very efficient.

today i visited your dreams store in shirley with my 80year old mother and we were served by TK he was very professionable and he new exactly what we were looking for ,my mother had a recent back operation and her body is very senstive so it wasnt easy to find the right mattress but due to TK great help we managed to find one.many thanks again to him,he is a very valuable colleague.
