The person who dealt with us was very friendly, and sympathetic to my back problem. She did not try and sell me or push me into any product which I specifically said I did not want. She allowed time for my husband and I to discuss things before buying, offering us a drink we accepted. She even solved my problem with pillows. Bless her.

Takunde was extremely welcoming and approachable. He was very warm and enquired about our needs before giving us advice and encouraging us to try some beds. He could answer all questions and his product knowledge was impeccable. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our decision. We bought the product because of him.

The gentleman at the Shirley store 'Chris, was extremely helpful. He ran up & down stairs for tape measures & catalogues which I really appreciated - especially as we were in the middle of a great wave!

on a very hot day I was offered and given a cold drink, most welcome. salesman very knowledgeable of products and handled sale very efficiently.

Came in two different days and saw two lads who were both excellent. Very pleasant, knowledgable and gave a great service. On day one he quickly prepared a quote as we were waiting to exchange contracts on a house move, went in the next day after exchange and very quickly did the deal.

There was exactly what I need in good price, Takunda and Sandra were very helpful, tried to understand all what I need and fit the proper product to it. You've got a little leak on ceiling (one of panels is a little brown).

Overall I had a good experience with TK. He was friendly, humorous, pleasent and helpful.

TK (Solihull store) was extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He was able to assist us find the right mattress and bed. Much appreciated! Great service and friendly staff.
