We were greeted as soon as we arrived but not pestered. As soon as we wanted assistance Lauren stepped up. She was excellent and knew everything about the various products. Great service from her.

We had recently had a bereavement in the Family, my father had passed away only 4 days prior and my mother desperately needed a new bed having had to dispose of their bed after caring for him at home. Our consultant 'Natalie' showed us around the store and did a sleep match for my Mum who also has a bad back, this really helped. The store were compassionate and made us a Hot drink, something which was welcomed in our time of need as my Mum was very emotional in the store. It was a sad experience for my Mum buying a bed without my father and we were made to feel comfortable and at ease, Natalie was amazing. We wanted to say Thank you for caring. the only
