Mark in Solihull branch was excellent. We told him what we wanted and he picked the perfect mattress for us straight away. He encouraged us to try others but he knew what he was talking about without putting any pressure on us. Highly recommend him.

The on line experience from selection to payment was straightforward and intuitive. the selection of product was also good. Your delivery guys were first class, polite, helpful and couldn't do enough.

the service from the store assistant was very helpful and very knowledgeable answered all my questions without hesitance and found out anything he wasn't sure on eg height of divan base
