Takunda was exceptional. I will be writing to the CEO as a result. It is all to easy to complain in this day & age so when praise is warranted we think the powers that be should know.

I took my father who is in a wheelchair to buy a new bed, the staff were very helpful even to the extent of moving mattresses onto different bed frames so my father could try out, as height getting in and out of bed is a big consideration. Chris completed the transaction (tea and coffee provided) and the whole experience was helpful and straight forward. Excellent customer service.

Made to feel at ease

Mark was very helpful in helping us choose what we wanted and modifying it to our taste, understanding our needs of difference in comfort of mattress, colour and design. Overall very attentive and happy to recalculate prices when we changed our mind!

Sandra the Assistant was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the goods bought without being pushy.

Chris at the Solihull branch was very knowledgeable, took time to understand our needs and was very helpful. Well done.
