The staff member who assisted me purchase the beds, Akhtar, was friendly, professional and clearly very knowledgable. There was no forced sale, he explained the differences in products until we found one that met my needs. I did not feel rushed, I was treated like a valued customer. He is a credit to your company.

From the moment my Daughter and myself walked into the Solihull store we were warmly greated. We were both asked by one other salesman if we requuied any help in finding what we were looking for, and then another person came over to offer a drink which I accepted. Our salesman called Chris who we dealt with was smart, curtious and had an excellent knowledge of all the products we wanted to look at. He was patient and not pushy and allowed my daughter to take time over choosing the right mattress for her.

Lots of information given by the assistants as we looked at the beds etc. Explained our needs and we were pointed in the right direction for our choice.
