Friendly and knowledgable service - very satisfied

Visited store last Saturday for advice. Chris, your sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. Dreams was our first port of call so we left to look to see what others had to offer. Spent the weekend visiting other mattress providers but others were not as helpful or knowledgeable. Went back this morning - assisted by Rick who too was very helpful and knowledgeable made our purchase of two mattresses and sundries. Great experience - thank you. Thank you too for the coffee.

The knowledge of the product was very good, the range of prices, understanding of our requirements and budget. The delivery time is earlier than we expected if all goes to plan.

The man who attended to us in store 315- initials TK, was quite possibly one of the most kind, warm and friendly men ive ever been assisted by. I was with my mum looking for a new mattress. She is hard of hearing and can be quite nervous in nature when she is out of the house. She had also had a very bad back hence why we were looking for a new mattress. TK made me and my mum feel welcome, was patient and kind even when my mum asked him the same thing several times, allowed us time to think without any pressure and was really informative about the types of product we were viewing including telling us how some types of mattress can affect back conditions. We must have been in the store for less than an hour, our mattress was such a find at a discounted price and the delivery time......2 days! We were both so impressed. Thank you TK. You literally made my mums day, put a big smile on both our faces and my mum cannot wait to try out her new mattress.

Excellent customer service

Mark was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions but was also sensitive enough to allow us time on our own to decide what to buy

We were well supported in our decision making by the assistant whose name is Mark. He was very informative, but most importantly gave us space to discuss our thought processes. He was empathetic which I really appreciated as often salespeople are pushy, don't give you time to think and leave you feeling hassled.
