the sales person could see that I looked confused at all the mattresses so explained the difference between them and allowed me to test them out

On arrival we were greeted by Kevin, he was friendly and very knowledgeable, he listened to what we were looking for and showed us exactly what we wanted. We were offered coffee/tea immediately, and then again when we were filling in the order. He was very professional and smartly dressed which made us feel confident that we had come to the right store for our purchase. Kevin invited us to try the beds we were interested in, he even fetched us pillows to make our experience as comfortable as possible. Kevin is a credit to your company.

I visited with knowing exactly what I wanted but unfortunately this product was not available however Kevin provided the appropriate information to enable me to easily choose an alternative.

I received excellent friendly service from Chris who helped me select the new mattress I was actually looking for and then with the bedroom furniture that I chose to purchase at the same time.

I thought I could work everything out for myself but actually Chris wasn't pushy but guided us and we soon realised that actually it was much better to listen to his advice and it was much quicker with his knowledge as he understood our requirements and made some excellent suggestions. We needed a space under the bed to store table leaves but Chris recommended an Ottoman bed that would allow us to store the leaves in there far more easily. Also we were after 2 single beds for 1 room but actually we could mix and match to get our exact requirements. A cup of coffee always goes down well😄
