Visited with my two small boys and I felt Darren was really lovely with them we also had decided on our purchase very quickly and didn't feel under any pressure.

The staff (Noel) were very impressive and knew the product range very well. Full detail of the beds and mattress are provided and we felt that he provided all answers and more to our questions, the time he spent with us he gave us full attention and made us feel important, but we never felt under any pressure. Sales techniques were very well presented. The store was the first one we went into on the estate and we didn't have any plans to make the purchase in the first store, but we felt comfortable with Noel, the product and the price so we bought the product

Ahktar was very kind, knowledgeable & helpful in finding a bed (& frame) for us. My husband has a bad back, he helped him to find a good mattress. He is an asset to your team.

The salesman was not pushy at all and was very knowledgeable with all the products.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The store was not busy at the time. I was offered a drink which l had (but there were no chocolate sprinkles). All in all a very smooth operation which was enjoyable.

I visited the store to browse first before I made my mind up which bed I wanted to purchase, I was given very good information on the Flaxby bed that I was interested in, and went away to look at others but decided the Dreams bed I had looked at was the one I wanted. I then made the purchase over the phone and was more than satisfied with the service I was given

your store was able to full fill my needs to choose a comfortable bed which was within my price range : Staff appeared interested in their customers.
