The store was bright and clean. The salesman was very helpful and appeared to be knowledgable about the beds. He gave us plenty of time to look without being too pushy or needing to follow us around. He offered us a much needed coffee giving us time to chat about our thoughts on the Best Buy for us. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive bed.

We wanted to buy a mattress as ours has seen better days. We weren't sure what sort we were looking for but one of the sales assistants came to our rescue and was very helpful explaining the differences. We were surprised at the variety and would have been lost without the extra help. The signs are pretty clear but it's always nice to get the personal service.

The sales assistant was fantastic, very helpful but not pushy and gave me time to look around at my own pace. Saw online that there would be a delivery charge and 4-6 wk delivery time. Went to look at the beds in store, told Delivery was free and could deliver within 5 days..... Fantastic!

Sales assistant was professional, polite and welcoming, listened to what we wanted and assisted and suggested on choosing the products we required, even made us a drink while we went through the paper work.
