Sam was very patient with us in taking our time, was very friendly, gave us valuable advice and product knowledge, answering any questions and providing reassurances. We were offered a coffee and treated exceptionally. Sam's customer service is second to none.

My husband was in a wheelchair which made manoeuvring him around difficult but we were approached almost immediately by Daren who was helpful but never pushy, made a great cup of coffee and when we needed to amend our order due to measurement constraints was just as helpful. All the staff were great. The only thing I would change is to alter the car parking right in front of the store as it made getting the wheelchair up and into the premises difficult as cars were parked over the disabled access. Also we used the toilet facilities and found these clean and very user friendly.

Your assistant Chris made, what I thought would be hard work, a pleasure. It's all about the service in the shop and you got it spot on!,

Darren was very helpful. He directed us to the type of bed we wanted and explained the differences. He demonstrated all the beds and helped me when I struggled to close the ottoman and showed me the correct technique. He understood our needs and helped us manage our time and purchase even with 2 kids in row. Very friendly without being smarmy which I find most salespeople to be.

Great service, lady called sam she very nice and very good explained and comunication, me and husband walk out happly due to the price of the procduct and great staff. Overall everything was good and she helped us to made a right choice on what we was looking for. Thanks sam.xx

The instore service was fantastic and staff accomodated us and spent time understanding our needs. When there was a minor fault with the frame (Loose screw thread) on the day, the delivery men were fantastic and dilligent in sorting the issue. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations of their role. Well done! They were back within an hour to rectify the issue.

I was satisfied with the experience due to the help and assistance I was given by Sam. She took time to understand what I needed from my visit in store, including my budget, the products I was after and the types of beds I was interested in. She accommodated my needs even though I was fussy about size and look of the bed, even offering me a cup of tea! Her extensive knowledge of the products was evident and very useful when walking round the store to find the perfect fit bed! When spending a significant amount of money it is crucial that the correct customer service is in place and I am very happy with the service I received and can't wait until my new bed arrives!
