We were welcomed into the store within a couple minutes. Noel our assistant was extremely helpful and patient and as we were buying a memory foam bed we weren't sure exactly which one we wanted. He showed us about 4 different types and took the time to find a pillow to suit. We were very pleased with our purchase and would definitely recommend your company to other people.

Noel was really great. He offered constructive guidance and helped us understand the different options. He also finished off the deal beyond the 20.00 store closing time. He had a great way about him and as a consequence got an order for 3 beds.

Staff were extremely polite and courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable when we needed help selecting a suitable single bed and quality mattress.

Akhtar was very helpful and made the whole experience a lot easier. We were offered cover and this was fully explained to us. The only drawback was the limited display of childrens beds. If we had have had a better selection, we may well have added a child's single bed to our purchase.

Excellent product knowledge and no pushy sales approach. Felt very comfortable. Mark in particular was excellent and we cam back and bought the bed because of him.

From the initial interaction with Noel your colleague who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful & friendly we quickly found the right bed & mattress for our budget. We arranged to collect our purchase a few days later but due to car problems we had to rearrange. On collection Noel & 2 other colleagues carried everything to our car & couldn't have been more helpful. The whole experience we had at the Shirley, Solihull store will ensure that we return & we have already recommended it to friends & family.
