The customer service from Chris to my disabled mother was exemplary

Salesman was very friendly and didn't laugh at me as I continually tried out the mattresses and struggled to make a decision.

As soon as i entered the store a member of staff approached me and offer her help, she had good knowledge of products, understand my need and help me to select the product.

Assistant pleasant with a good sense of humour and knowledgeable about all products. We were offered drinks served hot and quickly.They gave us the impression that they all enjoyed working together as a team.

The staff were welcoming and then left us to browse which we appreciated. They were very knowledgeable and helpful about the products. We were not pressurised into a purchase and gave us time to make a final decision.

Dreams in Solihull Retail park your colleague Akhtar was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and professional, not pushy - best sales person I have come across in a long time. It was an expensive purchase and Akhtar made it much easier and could not do enough for us he was brilliant.

The staff are so pleasant and helpful, and as a returning customer, I was given an extra discount, which I was delighted with. The item (sofa bed )is available online only, but they helped me with questions I had and were knowledgeable abut the product: all this persuaded me to buy rather than continue to research.
