After selecting a number of beds, Noel the salesman left me to try each one in private, with no hassle.

I was allowed to look around before the assistant came to ask if we needed help. This I appreciated as I hate being jumped on by staff the minute you step foot inside a store. I explained what I was looking for and the assistance having very good knowledge of the products was able to Guide us to our chosen bed. He explained the Color coding of the mattresses and we were allowed to try them out without feeling rushed. My plan had been to get a price and then go to another shop to compare, but I was so impressed with my service and the 2 week delivery slot I bought the bed straight away.
