We were very grateful for the helpfulness and warm welcome of the sales assistant who was a credit to your company.

The assistant was immediately aware of our requirement. Helped us to review the available options with a clear knowledge of the product. Requirement covered in two brief visits to the store.

We felt welcomed by the staff, particularly Chris who served us. He remembered us from our previous visit a few weeks back. He was excellent in giving us help and information when we needed it and space and time to discuss when we needed it. He was quite simply amazing. We visited many bed shops and found some offers which were very similar but we ultimately bought the bed from Dreams because the assistance Chris offered was outstanding and he went a long way to build excellent rapport with us.

The Assistant Mark was very helpful not pushy he showed us what we were looking for told us lots of things about the bed showed us various parts of bed and how they worked. Mark was polite and knowledgable. We found our visit to Dreams a pleasant experience and the item was reduced too what more could we ask.

Andrew was our server and very helpful and very patient. My mom has mobility issues and he was very sympathetic and knowledgeable about your products which helped us make our decision.
