The customer service was excellent. We were not directed solely to the most expensive bed in the store. We were shown a number of options each of which were explained in detail and did not feel in any way pressured.On the whole the experience was enjoyable

Natalie who serve is was absolutely phenomenal. She understood exactly what I was after and wasn't to pushy to sell me the top end products when she knew it wasn't right for me. She was super friendly. My Mum and Dad want to buy a new mattress and will pre call to make sure they go on a day she is working.

Chris was very knowledgeable. We went on the machine and it said which mattresses were suitable. Our Son had a bed from u very pleased.The only thing £40 to take the bed away very expensive

Chris was attentive, knowledgeable but not too pushy. His customer service skills enabled our visit to the store to be a pleasant one. We both felt that our needs were heard and the right products pointed out to us. As we went away to compare products with others on the market, we found that our preference lay in Dreams. We returned a week later. Chris remembered us, our preferred options and once again provided a high level of customer service. We are likely to return to the store if we need products in the future - this is not only due to the quality of the beds, but also due to the personal service we received.
