The customer service: very attentive, helpful, good with knowledge, took the time to understand our needs. Plenty of variety to try out.

I was in the store with my sister and as we entered we were left alone to look for a while till we needed assistance of which Dreams assistant Chris was ready to help in all my queries. I took a lot of Chris's time and experience helping me choose the type of Bed, Mattress and Pillows that I need. We did a lot of trying out the items with my sister and we were also offered a cup of coffee during our time there. We felt very welcome with the friendly assistance we received. Chris gave me a good deal on the sale. He was patient and professional in the way he handled us both.

From the moment we arrived after waiting for our initial look around to get our bearings Mark then came to ask if we needed help and of course we did we felt in good hands.

All of the staff were helpful, and very friendly, offering advice that was not a sales pitch.

The assistant, Andy, was helpful without being pushy. We managed to purchase all the items we wanted and the delivery is going to be extremely quick!

We were looking for a new bed in particular HYPNOS. The sales assistnt was very attentive and gave us a lot of advice his product knowledge was very good and helpful. That is why we were very satisfied and we will use Dreams again.
