Acktar at the solihull/shirley retail park store methodically took us through the bed/matress options available to us taking into account our specific needs. He has excellent product knowledge and insight and delivered this in a friendly, courteous and professional manor. He provided us with an excellent experience.

The assistant was extremely friendly, helpful and courteous both times I visited the store. He recommended a product after asking appropriate questions. Having looked at similar beds I feel the one I purchased is very good value for the quality.

Akhtar was excellent very knowledgable on products - not pushy at all. Really friendly and helpful - we had only gone in to look but we bought two beds as he was willing to be flexible on prices.
