The customer service was excellent. As soon as we went in to the store we were greeted and immediately shown to the beds and mattress we were looking for. They were so helpful and even put the mattresses on the floor so our daughter could test them next to each other. We were very happy

From the moment we walked in, Lauren was straight on hand to help us find our perfect bed. As this was the first time we've purchased a good quality bed, we had no idea where to start! Lauren had so much knowledge about what would work for us and allowed us to try numerous mattresses. We felt looked after and she made the whole experience extremely pleasant!
