I thought the assistant who served me was very efficient and obviously had a lot of knowledge about the products Excellent customer service

No pressure to buy assistant listened to what I wanted and helped me make a purchase

I was served by Chet at your Shirley store, I had no idea what mattress I wanted and he answered all the questions I had and was not pushy at any point. He advised me on the best ones for my sleeping pattern and let me try them out for myself. Great customer service!

We were welcomed by a very pleasant member of the staff asked what we looking for and advised us went through the various build and quality of mattresses and bases and helped us choose the best one for us.

Natalie was friendly and sincere - not pushy which I liked. She was helpful and answered my questions without any hesitation. I had researched online and the mattresses were all in store for me to try. The delivery date was 3 days later which I was really pleased with.

Greeted by a friendly, person centred, knowledgeable Lauren at Seers Park Store, who actively listened to requirements and used "sleepmatch " to suggest the most comfortable mattresses and then to look at the best design of bed to fit my requirements. Lauren was not pushy and allowed me to explore and decide. Once bed and mattress decided Lauren allowed exploration of various pillows and also offers presented and I felt happy to purchase a lightweight quilt also to suit my current requirements. We sat down , with a nice cup of tea and went through my purchases, considered savings, and arrangemnts made around my diary! I felt it had been a successful shopping experience, helped by Lauren who knew her poducts Thank You!
