We found the item very quickly, was advised of all the options available by the very experienced member of staff who was absolutely brilliant from beginning to end.

We had a good idea what we wanted. The service in the store complemented that and we speedily arrived at a most agreeable conclusion.

Noel was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

I have dealt with Noel recently when buying a bed for my daughter, he approached me again to ask if i was in need of assistance with his usual cheery smile. He gave me some very good advice on my choice of what was a very expensive purchase for me and dealt with me speedily and to my complete satisfaction

Noel was really helpful, not pushy or trying to talk me into something not suitable, excellent product also, felt the 60 day trial made trying out the tempur a possibility as well, I wouldn't have tried it otherwise.

We were made to feel welcome upon arrival. The young assistant was knowledgeable and helpful. We were shown a range of products to choose from (could not afford all of them) so made an informed choice. A cup of coffee was an added bonus.

We were impressed with Karhryn's understanding of the mattresses. She listened to our specific requirements and made excellent suggestions. She let us use pillows that we were used to and left us alone to try out the various beds. She even arranged to move our preferred mattress from a divan to the wooden base we use at home. At no time were we pressured. She deserves promotion! The choice of mattresses was excellent.

Andy was very knowledgeable and was happy to show us the wide variety of beds and accessories available.

As soon as we arrived at Dreams, we were offered a warm drink by a member of staff. Then we were given time to experience beds before Ewan, a friendly member of the team came over to us and explained the various properties of the different mattresses, which was very useful in helping us make our final decision, which was the Tempur 22 mattress. We also bought the cloud pillows and mattress protector. The really good thing about this product is the 60 day trial period and money back if not suitable for our need.

Due to Kathryn who assisted us. She was very knowledgable and friendly and after we had visited a couple of other bed stores she was the primary reason we returned to Dream.
