Welcomed into the Store with a friendly "good morning." Given time to browse before we were asked if we would like any assistance. Given basic information about the different types of bed before trying out the Tempur pod. Given plenty of help and didn't feel rushed or pressurised into buying any particular product.

As soon as we walked in Andrew Smith approached us and helped us straight away, he knew exactly what we wanted and showed us and was really efficient and we were able to place the order quickly.

The sales assistant Kathryn was very welcoming and informative , she also gave us time to consider our options and also giving us plenty of alternatives to consider. The delivery date is one week which impressed us greatly and the extra products we purchased , pillow and covers were available in store
