The sales person, Noel, was an extremely pleasant young man who understood our needs and, at the same time, those of the products your store sold.

Andy was very helpful and knowledgeable about what we were looking for. Recommending we try all mattresses before buying.

Needed quick delivery - Andrew the sales person was really helpful - bed delivered on time as promised.

The assistant we met was a young lad called aktar he was very informative and polite and was able to help me and my wife choose a mattress which was right for both of us even though our needs differed and we even bought new pillows too

Overall we were really pleased with the explanation of the types of mattresses available and the facility to try them all out, the service we received from your sales assistant and the choice of mattresses in store was excellent. The only disappointment was after deciding to purchase two Tempur firm pillows (as well as a Tempur mattress) they did not have any in stock. Now we have to make another trip to the store to collect them as we were told that they could not be delivered with the mattress.

The team at dreams were very professional and helpful. The gentleman that served us was great and was very helpful with our needs in finding a bed and mattress that suited us.

Andrew was extremely helpful, approachable and had excellent product knowledge. He listened carefully to my requirements and gave me sound advice. There was also a great range of beds and mattresses to see in the store.

The colleague who came to us shortly after entering the store asked if we understood the colour coding on the beds we didn't and he was very helpful in walking us round and explaining what the various colours represented, he then left us to look round an try out various beds. after about 5/10 minutes we asked him if he could help with sorting outthe combination of bases and matersses

Customer service was very high and the assistant spent extra time to make sure we understood the different beds available and matched our needs very well

Excellent friendly assistant who bent over backwards to help us
