The staff were friendly and tried to help with the issue surrounding the availability of our desired delivery date (though, unfortunately they didn't ring to confirm about the delivery -as we thought they would- meaning I had to call the store myself.

Kathryn was extremely helpful she gave us time to have a think and she found a package that suited our price range and needs

They price matched our purchase with a similar bed from another store meaning we got excellent value for money, the staff were also very friendly.

We have visited the store a number of times since it opened as we are awaiting the purchase of our 1st house. Noel and Kat have been extremely helpful. Noel explained all the different mattresses and comfort levels and all the features and benefits without any sales pressure. He wanted to make sure we bought the right bed and mattress for us. After several visits we purchased the Lucia king size bed and a therapur bliss22 mattress together with extra guarantees. We are very excited to collect the bed and mattress ready for our new home. Big thanka for Noel's and Kat's patience and assistance during every visit.
