Dreams - Solihull

The store we visited has only been open for 3 days and was busy when we arrived, but numerous staff approached us to offer help and advice whilst we were there. We visited again later on in the day when we had decided to purchase items and again the customer service we received was exceptional, particularly from a member of staff called TK. It is a friendly store that I would recommend to friends and family, thank you.

Jo was extremely helpful and had excellent product knowledge. She was not pushy in the slightest and was very attentive; she went out of her way to provide excellent customer service. Initially we were looking for a Silent Night Delamere mattress but Jo showed us excellent alternatives which had some fantastic prices. The whole process from start to finish was great and very speedy. I would recommend Dreams Solihull to anybody looking to buy a mattress or bed. Absolutely A****!

Within 5 minutes of entering the store a senier member of staff (Noel or Neil) politely introduced themselves and asked if we required any assistance. We had recently purchased our first home and so this was the first time we have had to buy a mattress and did need help. We were then introduced to Cassie who did a fantastic job working out what we were looking for, she explained the colour system really well and we found that helpful when trying to choose. Cassie was very informative without being overbaring. We were even made a hot drink whilst we were. There was a good range of prices for us to choose from and we felt no pressure to buy whilst we were there but the service was so good we felt confident we wouldnt get a better service elsewhere. we would not hesitate to come back again for any future requirements.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to be of assistance. In particular both Ewan and Kat were extremely professional and dealt with our order swiftly.

We were looking for a new bed. There was plenty of choice in our price range. The store was laid out very well and plenty of room to walk between the beds.

Assistant David was very friendly and after listening to our requirements as to our needs he showed us the beds he felt would be most suitable and then left us to try them out at our leisure - we were most impressed and grateful that he did not harass us at any point but just offered his help as and when we asked. Other bed shops we have visited just seem to want to sell you the most expensive and it was a breath of fresh air to have someone who showed us such a good range and prices. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with friendly smiling welcoming faces. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and it certainly wasn't forced. It all at least appeared genuine and sincere, I even had a cup of tea whilst I was waiting for an available till. It was a truly wonderful shopping experience and to cap it all off, we had only really popped in to look for ideas and to see what was available. I ended up spending a lot of money on 2 beds without that sick feeling one usually gets when you're unsure if you've done the right thing or not. We cant wait for delivery now.

Opening day at the new store at Solihull. Everyone very friendly and not too overpowering. The help was there when needed. Jo our assistent was very helpful and knew everything there was to know and knew answers to all of our questions. We visited several stores that day with a view to only looking at a bed for our daughter, however Jo's attentiveness made us go back to the same store later that afternoon and wait ask for her to finalise our purchase. She managed setting up the finance well on a system new to her and also realised a mistake at the end which she dealt with brilliantly. Jo was an asset to the store and we found everyone friendly and helpful.
