The assistant TK was extremely good-very polite,understood our requirements and allowed us plenty of time to try out our preferred beds with no sales pressure to buy.We were very impressed by his customer service and told him so!

Ewan and the store manager of the new Shirley store were both very helpful and made the experience better then I expected. Best customer service I have had in years. Ewan was very patient to understand my needs and also support me to make sure my bed could fit in my room size. I ended up walking away with a super king bed instead of a kingside! Bonus! 5 stars for me. Thanks Mrs Qureshi

I could not be told when the bed that I ordered was going to be available - no estimate, nothing. I was slightly patronised on the phone and the sales technique of TELLING me that I am having assembly rather than asking me was not one that I favoured.
