I asked to see an item I had seen online but was told they didn't have it. I looked around the store and found it

We visited several times to choose a bed, and the only time we were approached was the third time we visited and came in specifically to order the bed. Natalie was helpful and approached us on this occasion, but all other times the store was busy and there was not always someone there to check we were ok.

I believe that been satisfied is adequate.
