Misunderstanding about collection

I had some free pillows, but I wasn't given them at the end (both me and the assistant forgot, so not entirely her fault!), but it meant that I had to go back an hour later to collect them.

The overall experience was great when we went into the store no one was pushy in trying to get you to buy any products. The man who helped us (Mark) was great he is very knowledgeable and informed us of what we wanted to know and then left us to think about it, He didn’t try and push us in to buying anything. Some off the staff here didn’t seem interested in helping, they were stood in the middle of the store and didn’t want to make eye contact. If Mark hadn’t been there I don’t think we would of brought our new bed from this store.

Inconsistency between dealing with separate Dreams workers. Rick in Shirley was extremely helpful, right level of input and offered free installation. On purchase with a different worker the same offer was not made until I insisted.

I was highly satisfied with the support and assistance we received. Indeed the customer service was excellent. Just would have liked more options in the bed type that we chose - i.e not memory foam but with a topper, but reasonably priced.

It was the last evening of the sale, the store was quiet as it was not far off closing time - we felt the staff were trying to avoid us as they wanted to finish taking the sale signs down and leave, however we wanted to purchase a bed and mattress. We had to approach them to place an order.

The receipt I was given was mostly in code, making it impossible for me to check that the correct bed was ordered. I need to call in at the store again to check the correct bed has been ordered.
