I had previously visited the store and had a look around. So I knew exactly what I was going to purchase. Chris one of the sales staff, was really helpful. As I wasn't sure on what mattress I needed for a bed frame. Would visit again.

I found two issues. Firstly, I had been in the shop several times to research products and been seen by two advisors. I was approached by one of them who recognised me, and was very happy to be served by him, but the other advisor could be heard shouting from across the store that I was his customer, as he had spoken to me several days before. I didn't feel that this was appropriate behavior, as I'm not a particular person's customer, unless I chose to be so, and I had found the other advisor's service to be very friendly and helpful, so didn't see why simply because someone had seen me in store and spoke to me several days before that one had, the advisor had right to "call dibs". Only other issue was, I feel that one year warranty is rather pathetic and their is a huge push by the advisor to sell an extended warranty and upsell. This contrasts hugely with other competitors who offer products of similar prices, and offer free 5/10 year warrantees. Whilst the advisor that ultimately served me was nice and pleasant as well, as I can't really say he did anything wrong, I just don't feel it's a nice environmental to walk into

I was satisfied with my shopping experience at Dreams in Shirley, Solihull. The amount of time Jayne and Rick spent with us was greatly appreciated and we finalised the orders.

Already bought our last bed from Dreams so we knew what we looking to purchase. One problem would have been a headboard because the height of the board was greater than the shelf behind the bed - to overcome that would involve lowering the headboard and that would have pushed the mattress off the end of the bed. As it is a spare bed the headboard wasn't a problem.

We had a great person who dealt with us at the store but unfortunately the bed ,mattresses for the bunk bed we brought have stopped selling as there's a problem with supplier we need a single euro mattress and been a bed shop we didn't think this problem would arise. We was offered discount price of the matresses on a bunk bed in store but the mattress on the bottom was filthy so we chose not to. Just very disappointed we couldn't order it all together. Plus you did have a sale of 20% of beds if mattresses was Brought we was honoured the discount but you would of thought with a deal like that mattresses wouldn't be an issue.

Having to wait nearly three weeks for the bed to be delivered. The extra charge of £20 for assembly on delivery.

Only the cost which was a little pricey and the fact that we liked 2 different types of pillows which were not in the sale

we found a bed that met our needs, whilst trying plenty of varied options
