We knew what we were 8nterested in as we viewed it online so the sales assistant had little to do as we had done our own research. He did advise us about mattresses but we were only looking to purchase the frame at this particular time

Price could be more competitive and more flexibility with delivery, should be free weekend delivery

Took far too long for the order to be placed on the system - apparently there was an issue with the address details - but had to sit and wait for the order to be placed for nearly an hour.

There are only a handful of separate headboards to choose from. We popped into bensons for beds and they had a massive variety to choose from. We didn't actually purchase any of them though.

When the assistant printed off the invoice, I noticed the how would you lie to be contacted all had x's by them. AS I did not feel I was given any time to read the lengthly sheet, when I noticed this I said I only want to be contacted by e mail, he said, oh don't worry about that. I was not happy with the amount of time given to sign the extended guarantee agreement or clarity of explanation on how my information may be used by Dreams in the future

Only one Ottoman bee option, would’ve liked an extra little something (free pillow set, bedding etc) considering our order came to over £1,000

Experience was very good and service was excellent. Price of product was quite expensive and delivery time can take a while.
