when I purchased the bed I was told you had a collection service for my old bed.I was not told in store that there would be a charge for this.The charge I found to be too expensive--I was quoted £66. My local council charges £25 for the removal of 6 items. I was also told that you would install my bed-again no mention of cost was mentioned. I would use dreams again in future but not as my main bed supplier.

I am satisfied but had issues paying because card was not registered to the delivery address as we have just moved house.

This is the third purchase I have made at this store in the last month. The service has been of a consistently good quality on each visit.

I was ordering a bed for our new home which we have not yet moved into. Because my billing address was different to the delivery address I was asked to pay by bank transfer, I made the payment immediately but after making the payment I received a message to say I had to use a different reference number, I explained the payment had already been sent so I was unable to ammend it. The lady at the telesales said it was no problem she would inform finance but because it was Friday afternoon there would be no one in the finance department until the Monday morning. Our purchase was over £500 which made us a bit anxious that we had to wait 2 days to make sure the payment had been received. I understand that certain departments do not work weekends but this was the only negative part of my transaction.

Quoted for two wrong size mattresses for a reclining tv bed. Having to wait an extra 4 weeks for delivery.

we chose a quality product and the delivery time is longer than ideal, the price, as always, could have been less.
