To be highley satisfied I need the items to be delivered first! The store (Fayre) was very helpful.

I was given the opportunity to try the mattresses in peace, there is nothing worse than having someone hanging around why you're having to make sure an important decision. I was offered a drink of tea or coffee and the staff were extremely friendly.

We ordered a mattress, the service was speedy, thorough and matched what we needed. However because we needed the mattress for Christmas, we took the last date we could for delivery and there was no option for a delivery slot. we were going to a wedding that afternoon and it was only the absolute professionalism and speed of the delivery drivers that the mattress arrived just before the wedding party. For highly satisfied, you need the customers needs to be taken into account for delivery and not just let the computer system take priority.
