The only problem I found was the fact you cannot pick items up from the store,you have to drive to the Wednesbury depot,therefore you have to pay the £39 for delivery,could you not arrange the items to be delivered to the local store so people can pick them up?

Choosing a mattress is a personal / individual choice and with so many to choose from takes time.

The assistant helped and even provided us with the type of pillows with have at home.Also we were impressed because assistants need not put us under pressure and keep bothering us why we were looking.

The credit company IT system was not working effectively which meant that we spent 1 hour trying to process the sale and setting up the credit agreement.

I was surprised that I had to dismantle the old bed before the delivery men took it away for recycling. This was not made clear at the time of ordering the bed.

The delivery date is too late for me, as I'll receive friends and will receive the mattress two days AFTER their arrival.
