Being able to predict the types of questions that the customer will ask and also to talk through what they are doing when putting the order through.

There was limited numbers of the type of bed frame we wanted in the showroom, although the sales person was very helpful and showed us all types on the screen, it would have been better to see them in the shop

The information cards on the end of the beds could be better by making it clear the the base and mattress are priced seperately.

1. Personal dislike of being called Madam. Not once but numerous occasions during visit and placing order. That said, the assistant was helpful and efficient. Product not yet received so impossible to say highly satisfied. I was quoted a lead time of 3/5 weeks but on return home, checked website and it states ten weeks. I will be extremely disappointed and annoyed if the later is the case as I specifically asked the lead time before placing order.

It took two visits for someone to show us a bed that we was suitable for us, it was not shown us the first time so it's lucky we went back in

Salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable, but the process of completing the order on a PC seemed to take a longer time than we would have expected

It is more the range of what is available can be confusing, especially when purchasing a bed for the first time. I was also confused by which mattresses came with which frames, and why some came together as a deal, when others did not. How is this determined?

There appeared only 1 member of staff in the store .. who was on the phone when we arrived and remained on the phone for some time. Another customer was in the store too so the poor guy was then trying to quickly dash between the two of us. He was friendly and made a fuss of my little girl who the matress was for but we did have to wait around whilst he was busy
