The only issue was the lack of terminals for the staff to use. We waited about ten minutes before our assistant was able to access a terminal to place our order. Then we had to wait a further fifteen minutes for information to go through. Our assistant Jo was very professional and apologised for the delays.

It is difficult to fully rate our experience as we are yet to receive the item we ordered, so feel we are only part way through the process. This is why I rated our experience so far as 'satisfied'. We were however 'highly satisfied' with the service we experienced in-store, particularly with the personal, courteous service we received from the sales colleague who assisted us. She remembered my wife from a previous visit, she was knowledgable and attentive but not over-bearing, allowing us to make our decision without pressure.

Sales Assistant was great, products were very good except for the price of the mattress I wanted - £1100 is crazy. I bought the base, pillows etc. from Dreams but went home and bought the identical mattress on-line for £359. I would be willing to pay a premium for the retail experience but 3 times the price? Sorry, no thank you...

I do not agree for paying for delivery. I bought a headboard which had it been available in store it would have fitted in the car ! But as you have to order a delivery charge is then made . The price stated should include delivery !!!

Overall a good experience. They were good with my child etc. Welcoming and knowledgable as well as helpful. I just felt a little pushed to make a purchase (which to be fair we did) but i am not keen on feeling pressure to make a purchase. Prices should apply if you want to come back etc and should be available for a week or something to enable some time to think.
