Salesman time spent with us choosing the right product for us

the price of the item different to store we visited the previous day, so item incorrectly priced but was rectified when pointed out

delivery cost too high, product knowledge of assistant not good - didn't know how to explain firmness rating of 1 to 5 scale

I cannot fault the sales assistant (Kathryn) for her professionalism.

We were looking for a mattress. We went to Dreams on Cov Rd, Sheldon. V helpful colleagues. We went to have a look at sears retail park - Bensons for beds, and wanted to compare items and went to the Dreams store there. The person that served us didn’t have knowledge of the item and we bought a flaxby 6500. Initially we looked at flax by 16500 in the cov road branch. We asked if there was anything inbetweeen as we wanted a higher spring count but not the extra pocketed mattress - we were told there wasn’t anything inbetween. After purchasing fhe 6500, and coming home and searching on Dreams website - there is one flaxby 12500 - whixh we would have bought. Feel unsatisfied

The lady who served me was very pushy, even after I told her I wanted to just buy the bed base that day and go away and think about mattresses (the one I wanted wasn’t available until October and I’d seen one I liked in another shop which was in stock), the server kept showing me multiple other mattresses which didn’t interest me. I felt rushed and slightly harassed if I’m honest. I then went to buy the bed base and that was also out of stock with no idea when it would be available again. In the end I bought something else which I’m not as sure I’ll be happy with. Not a great experience really.
