I was highly satisfied with my visit to dreams in solihull as the staff were so helpful and absolutely lovely! Specifically Chet, he really took time to understand what I wanted and gave me all the options and was so great helping me to put my order through, he also offered me and my dad a drink while we waited and also when we were setting up the order. 10/10 service!

Chet was fantastic listened to what i wanted and got me tondo the dream bed analysis ..then took me striaght to theproducts that would suit me ! No messing about as that isnt what i wanted ..just tonorder a matress and leave

I was greeted on arrival, and was allowed just enough time to browse independently before approached by Chris. Chris was attentive and asked the right questions and allowed me to express my views on what I wanted. Delivery was agreed on a day of my choosing. I am very happy with the service I received
