Dreams - Solihull

Christopher from the Solihull store was really helpful and we could not speak highly enough of him. He was very knowledgable about the products and clearly explained to us the different types of mattresses and took the time to understand what we were after. He helped us use the machine to identify beds best suited for us. Christopher was not pushy at all like other sales people we have previously experienced (in other stores). We will definitely be returning to buy bed and mattress for our spare room in due course hope he will be there again to help.

The store is very well presented, clean and friendly. The assistant Chet was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy which makes shopping a pleasurable experience.

The salesman, Chris, displayed empathy and understanding, as did the other salesman, Ches, who assisted me on my return to the store until Chris was available. They both displayed great patience as I worked through my confusion.

From the moment walked through the door the service and advise was great. The assistant Lauren was very attentive and patient and knowledgeable fully explaining everything.

The gentleman who served me was very helpful and efficient. Product knowledge was good and he understood what I was looking for. Very nice man. I shall be returning to this store at a later date to buy the sofa bed 🛌 which was what I had originally gone in for. I bought a mattress on this visit!!
