We felt very welcome on our visits to/purchase from Dreams Solihull Retail Park. Natalie and Chris were amazing, ran us through the products available, cost and finance options, and answered all our queries to our satisfaction. We ultimately made our mind up on the purchase(s) over two visits and found Dreams staff, Natalie & Chris to very, very friendly and helpful on both occasions.

We had a great shopping experience with Lauren. She was helpful, knowledgable, none pushy, friendly and helped fulfil our needs of a bed. Very happy with the items we purchased and the speed of service was second to none. We went through the whole experience I.e. in and out within 40 mins

Lauren who helped me at Solihull Sears retail park was extremely helpful. Her product knowledge was excellent and she had a very nice, non pushy sales technique. Lauren is an asset to your sales team. Due to my bed of choice not being available she saved the day by offering a viable alternative just as I was about to leave.

Lauren, the assistant manager, was an absolute dream. She was so kind, knowledgable and helpful. She made sure we knew all of our options for our bed and bed frame and took the time to make sure every aspect of our new bed was perfect for us, right down to the pillows. We took the SleepMaster test with her guidance and then we were able to try out every bed it suggested, we even went round twice just to be sure! Lauren was helpful and kind without ever being pushy or overzealous, we left the store to grab a coffee and mull over our purchase but we knew we just couldn’t leave the retail park without ordering our perfect bed! We popped back into the store and Lauren had saved every part of our order ready to go, so it was as easy as giving the go-ahead and next thing you know our purchase was made. It was a pleasure to shop in this Dreams and I would highly recommend it to any friend or family member looking to make such an important purchase. Besides Lauren, every other member of staff greeted us too. We felt welcomed and looked after without feeling pressured. Perfect purchasing environment.

We visited with our 8 year old son who is on the autism spectrum and likes to explore everywhere and everything. The member of staff ( I think she was called Nicola?) was amazing We often have to abort shopping missions because of our son but she was so lovely, very patient and understanding and even took our lad around the store to give us time to try out different mattresses. Sometimes we find shop staff can be impatient or even judgemental but she was brilliant - we cannot praise her highly enough - she’s a credit to your company and the reason why we wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend Dreams to friends
