The assistant took the time to understand our needs and challenges and actively looked for solutions

We visited with our 8 year old son who is on the autism spectrum and likes to explore everywhere and everything. The member of staff ( I think she was called Nicola?) was amazing We often have to abort shopping missions because of our son but she was so lovely, very patient and understanding and even took our lad around the store to give us time to try out different mattresses. Sometimes we find shop staff can be impatient or even judgemental but she was brilliant - we cannot praise her highly enough - she’s a credit to your company and the reason why we wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend Dreams to friends

Lauren was extremely professional. She knew her stuff. Very confident. Very patient. Very helpful. Extremely caring and seen me through to the end from the moment i stepped into the store. I can’t fault my whole experience at Dreams. I am looking forward to my new bed.

The sales person Chris was very professional and completely understood what product I needed. He asked my budget and did start from that. Very satisfied.

The in store colleague (Chris) was very attentive to our needs, not at all pushy when it came to closing the sale and generally seemed like he couldn’t do enough for us. We’re also very pleased with the short timeframe for delivery.

The assistant who dealt with us, Laura, was fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to may sure we were happy. She showed us a number of beds, and her first choice for us was a sale bed too so far from the most expensive. We were there for 2 hours and she was attentive and helpful throughout.

Very professional staff helped me decide what my options were and left me to decide what worked well fit me. No pressure selling just a very helpful man called Chet.
