From the moment we walked in the staff were attentive and friendly, our assistant Chris was very knowledgeable and able to give us advice, the dream machine was brilliant. We were going to try a few bed shops, Dreams was the first shop we went to and we never went anywhere else due to the professional service we had and Chris's excellent knowledge

Came in deflated after being to other stores that left me more clueless than I started. The lovely lady saw me looking near defeated and listened to what I wanted. Then did the mattress test, she then patiently took me around every recommended mattress until we found the ONE! She made it such fun, even ordering the bed and mattress was pain free. Was expecting weeks for delivery, and pleasantly surprised delivery within a week. The lady was super friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Will highly recommend not only dreams but her too.

Mark at the Solihull Retail Park store was very welcoming and professional throughout - he was very patient with us as we considered each aspect of our purchase and he really considered our needs - including lower back issues and the requirement of a lower bed, so that our older dog wouldn't have any issues either! We were presented with some great choices when in store and left feeling like it was the most enjoyable experience that we have had as customers.
