Great customer service in store when looking at beds

Mark was extremely helpful and friendly and took the time to understand our needs, and also gave us space and time to discuss the purchase so we didn't feel pressured at all.

I needed a double mattress for a loft room that could be fitted through a small loft door. The assistant recommended a roll up foam mattress that fitted my needs exactly. He showed me a range of 4 different mattresses. I selected the one I wanted. It was in stock. I drove home with it, so I didn't even have to wait for delivery. Perfect!!

We were served by Natalie, who was very friendly, helpful and took her time to answer all our questions and help us pick the furniture. She observed social distancing rules and made us feel safe and comfortable and offered us drinks. She provided us with the best service and we will surely be shopping there again. Thank you very much Natalie!

Assistant understood my requirements and quickly identified products to look at and explained how it performed I felt that I was with someone who knew what she was talking about and was not put under pressure to make a purchase
