Christine was very friendly and helpful, from the moment we stepped into the store. With the help of Sleepmatch she guided us while we tried out different mattresses, listening to our views and helped us find the perfect one for us. We initially looked for a bed with storage drawers, but with her help found an ottoman bed better suited our needs. Again, she listened and helped - no pressure and no rush. Ordering was quick & easy, delivery to be surprisingly fast. The whole experience was enjoyable and we shall be recommending Dreams to our friends and family.

Christine helped us as soon as we got in the shop and took us to the Dreams machine explaining all about the COVID precautions in the shop, giving my partner and I a pillow each and then showing us the kind of suitable mattresses that were available, to which we tested. She then gave us time to discuss what we wanted alone. We then ordered quickly and found an available slot, which was within a week 😊😊 . Job done. Coming to Dreams was a lovely stress free experience particularly due to Christine. Thank you xx

Christine seemed to know exactly what we wanted, she explained everything to us offering advice without being pushy, she went out of her way to help even collecting pillows etc. She sanitised the desk and card machine and explained hygiene measures to us so we felt completely at ease and safe.
